BeamOne Fills New Position
SAN DIEGO, Calif – BeamOne LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Harry Lam to the newly-created position of Systems Engineer. Harry will assume primary responsibility for maintenance and up-time for the 2 San Diego BeamOne systems as well as support the Director or Maintenance in enhancing efficiency and up-time at BeamOne’s Colorado, Ohio, and Costa Rica locations.
Harry brings invaluable experience in linear accelerator technology to his new position with the company. He has been a Field Service Engineer for L-3 Communications since 2005, providing emergency service, troubleshooting support, and preventative maintenance for several linear accelerator based sterilization systems. His skill set includes training of other engineering personnel, including authorship of training materials; preparation of technical documentation and field service reports; and direct customer interface in problem solving/equipment repair. Harry has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California in San Diego.

Maintenance of two linear accelerator systems on a 24/7 basis is always a challenge, and Harry’s breadth of experience in this technology will assure maximum operational efficiency for San Diego as well as for BeamOne’s other service centers.
