2008 Survey Results
BeamOne has just completed its Customer Satisfaction Survey for 2008, and we have tabulated the results of that effort below.
In all, 20 questions were posed to our routine production and regularly scheduled testing customers. We submitted 157 total requests for response and received a return rate of 51%. Following are the scores for the major categories we queried, plus several customer comments which were included on the evaluation forms:

Quality has used their technical expertise to help us achieve tight dose ranges through technical colaboration between our company and BeamOne. Many contract labs and contract service organizations are very guarded about how they do things, but the relative transparency by BeamOne has been very beneficial since is has helped us understand the process better, so that we could add our input to help achieve a very tight and reliable dose range.
My BeamOne Customer Service Manager is the best support/account manager I have ever worked with in the medical device industry. Her response time to requests and questions is amazing and she will do everything in her power to help the customer, including actually helping to perform sterilization runs. She makes me feel like I am her number one customer, and I am sure all of her customers feel that way. Her knowledge of ebeam processing is also very vast.

Customer service has been exceptional.
